When I first started my business, my website was blah. I didn’t serve me or who I was becoming.

At the end of last year I made it my goal to bring GG & CO to life again on the web. After all- those google searches are killer 😉.

I worked with an incredible team and I am BEYOND thrilled — like can’t-stop-staring thrilled!

And SO happy I finally have a place to write again - my blog. If you don’t know, blogging was and is a huge aspect of my life. It’s what began my love for social media and it’s what got me to where I am today.

Deciding to take holidays as an entrepreneur can be scary, but all it takes is a little prep work to ensure you can disconnect!

✔️Declare
Decide on when you’re taking holidays (and stick to it!) Block it off in the calendar now.

✔️Plan out logistics
Who do you need to hire? How can you make it easy to train them? How long do you need to train someone? What SOPs do you need to record now so that you can bring them on easily?

✔️Batch
Plan the tasks you need to batch and remember you don’t need to do it all! Consider giving yourself a break to make room for new ideas. Ie: if you know you put out a monthly newsletter, do them well in advance. Same thing with podcasts!

✔️Go off grid!
Put on that out of office, automatic email response and actually get out of your day-to-day routine!

🌸 Holidays are a non-negotiable. You’ll be amazed at the new ideas you can bring to life and the inspiration you’ll gain once you step away for a few days!

I’m Gabriella 🎀 founder of GG & CO, a social media agency for brands that enhance the beauty + wellness of women. I also provide courses for social media managers who are looking to streamline and scale.

But you probably knew that already 😉. Let’s see if you knew these facts about me:

☀️I’m a summer girl and am most happy in the sunshine.

🦁I’m a Leo through and through.

👟Daily Movement is pivotal to my sanity.

💄In 2013 I started a blog sharing ootds, beauty products and lifestyle tips.

👛It took years for me to embrace my hair colour and I would never wear pink or red as a child because I was self conscious (lol).

👯‍♀️ I’ve had the same best friends since elementary school.

✈️ When I was younger I aspired to work at an embassy abroad, or become an archeologist.

🥐 I first travelled sans parents to Paris and Biarritz when I was 15 to study French. Travel (and French culture) has been engrained in me ever since.

📱Now that I manage social media, my own personal IG account has become a random collection of uncurated photos. And it’s how I like it!
